Private lessons are the classic form of application of the Alexander Technique.
Since 1995 I offer private lessons in my office. It is aimed at all people who want a more conscious approach to themselves and an unconditioned life. The Alexander Technique is covered by the supplementary insurance of most health insurance companies. I am health insurance recognized and an EMR member.
